WeKan, in partnership with MongoDB, helped Amadeus upgrade its Revenue Management System (RMS) to enhance customer experience. Previously, Amadeus relied on an on-prem Oracle database, but limited redo log performance—capped at 360 MB/sec even at peak efficiency—caused latency in fare calculations and availability checks. This directly impacted pricing accuracy, leading to a subpar customer experience. By modernizing their system architecture, we enabled faster processing, greater scalability, and a seamless booking experience.
